1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Mostly shipping Free
  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive periods.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship across India.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be delivered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [info@lscents.in] with your order number.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the package from the delivery partner.
  • Contact us immediately with photos and order details.
